Baku Mayor's Office has authorized the rally of the National Council of Democratic Forces (NCDF) scheduled for September 22 in favor of a candidate Jamil Hasanli, Turan was told by the member of the Rally Committee of the NCDF, Gulaga Aslanly.
The rally will be held from 16:00 to 18:00 at the stadium of a sports complex at the territory of Yasamal district (behind the former cinema "Galaba".) -05B04-
