Do Ali Hasanov and Ramiz Mehdiyev patron Gurban Mammadov?
Baku / 04.09.20 / Turan: Former oppositionist Gurban Mammadov, who harshly criticizes the leadership of Azerbaijan from abroad, became very rich thanks to the patronage of the former head of the presidential administration Ramiz Mehdiyev and assistant to the head of state Ali Hasanov, reads the material distributed on September 4 in a number of pro-government media, including the ATV TV channel.
It is alleged that Mammadov entered into an agreement with Nurlan Hasanov, an employee of the local executive power of Narimanov district, and by falsification increased his living space in documents to 480 sq. m.
When in 2011 AzərTrans LLC, owned by Gilan LLC, began to demolish the territory for the purpose of further development, Mammadov did not agree to accept the property offered to him as compensation. After that, Ali Hasanov ordered the head of the region, Abdin Farzaliyev, to "resolve the issue."
Farzaliev tried to drag out the issue, but Ramiz Mehdiyev called him and ordered to immediately resolve it in favor of Mammadov.
As a result, Mammadov was provided with three apartments in a building under construction at 2a M. Nagiyev Street. The total area of these apartments is 306.5 sq. m.
In addition, Mammadov was given a non-residential premises in the amount of 909 sq. m and a garage of 80 sq. m.
In total, Mammadov, through falsifications, received an area of 1295.5 sq. m. in the building of the Atlant İnşaat company.
Despite claims that Mammadov paid 1,324,500 manats (about $ 800,000) for this area, the money was not actually transferred and the deal was illegal, according to ATV.
The media provides a list of apartments and mansions owned by Mammadov and his family members in Baku and the suburbs. This is not a complete list of real estate acquired by Mammadov under the patronage of Ali Hasanov.
Other sensational information is given in the same material.
It turns out that Ali Hasanov and Abdin Farzaliyev made many secret trips to Russia - Moscow and Astrakhan, and conducted secret negotiations there. They agreed, as a result of collusion with the relevant authorities of Russia, the appointment of a person with a criminal past known as Frank Alkapone (Fizuli Mammadov) as the head of the Diaspora organization of Azerbaijanis.
The authors come to the conclusion that Ali Hasanov is behind the campaign of insults and abuse against the leadership of Azerbaijan, launched by Mammadov.
The authors of the article think that the law enforcement agencies should investigate the real estate got by Mammadov through falsification of documents for 1,300 sq. m. of housing. — 06D-
