Eldar Namazov: one more proof that Mehdiyev is responsible for fraud
A new video on the Internet from Elshad Abdullayev provides grounds to initiate several lawsuits on a number of crimes: corruption, illegal interference in the election process, election fraud, beating people, and more. One of those criminal defendants must be, of course, the head of the Presidential Administration, Ramiz Mehdiyev, Turan was told by the political expert Eldar Namazov.
On the new video, Sevinj Babayeva, girlfriend of the MP Guler Ahmadova, admitted that in the 2005 parliamentary elections, Ahmedova lost the election to Eldar Namazov. However, after the intervention of Ramiz Mehdiyev, the protocols in all polling stations were falsified in favor of Ahmedova, and supporters of Namazov were dispersed.
Namazov confirmed that he really won in the 15th First Yasamal district in the 2005 elections. "However, the authorities have managed to falsify the records only on four stations. We managed to take from 25 elections polls the sealed protocols, and I was to be in the parliament. Then, through the CEC the results in other six polling stations were cancelled, where I had a majority, " said Namazov.
Subsequently, the European Court of Human Rights passed a ruling allocating a compensation of 15,000 euros to Namazov.
"The authorities have come up with a good business: they sell parliamentary seats for one million, they pay citizens only 15,000. There is not such a business in the world," commented Namazov ironically.
Namazov said that he would have consultations with lawyers and determine tactics for further action.—06D-
