Elections of directors of scientific research institutes of the National Academy of Sciences will be held
Baku/11.06.19/Turan: On June 11, the Presidium of the National Academy of Sciences announced the upcoming elections for directors of the Academy"s research institutions. The Presidium of ANAS announces a competition for the post of director in the following research institutions:
Institute of Physics; Institute of Management Systems; Institute of Mathematics and Mechanics;
Institute of Information Technology; Institute of Biophysics; Institute of Catalysis and Inorganic Chemistry; Institute of Chemistry Additives; Institute of Geology and Geophysics;
Institute of Physiology; Central Botanical Garden; Institute of Literature;
Institute of Manuscripts; National Museum of Azerbaijani Literature;
Huseyn Javid House Museum; Institute of Philosophy; National Museum of History of Azerbaijan; Institute of Oriental Studies. Candidates can be nominated by ANAS or the scientific council of the scientific research institute from among scientists with high scientific achievements and possessing scientific and organizational skills, according to a press release from ANAS. Candidates must submit to the appropriate department of ANAS before July 11, 2019. It is not specified when the elections will take place. -02D-
