Azerbaijan, the U.S. Deputy Assistant Secretary for European and Eurasian Affairs, Eric Rubin, arrived in Baku.
According to the U.S. Embassy in Baku, during the visit, they will discuss issues of bilateral cooperation and regional security.
It is expected , that on October 13 Rubin will have a meeting with President Ilham Aliyev, on 15 October- with the Foreign Minister, American businessmen working in Azerbaijan, as well as representatives of civil society. -03B04-

On February 5, President Ilham Aliyev signed a decree to provide humanitarian aid to Ukraine. According to the document, the Ministry of Energy has been allocated 1 million US dollars to purchase and send electrical equipment, manufactured in Azerbaijan, to Ukraine.
