Ilham Aliyev receives Zhirinovsky
President Ilham Aliyev received on Friday, the leader of the Liberal Democratic Party, a controversial Russian politician Vladimir Zhirinovsky. According to the site of the President Aliyev, the parties discussed issues of bilateral Azerbaijani-Russian relations, the involvement of parliamentarians of the two countries in strengthening them.
Zhirinovsky regularly and publicly made insulting statements against Azerbaijan and Azerbaijanis. Recently he said that there is not such a nation as Azeris, and therefore the Azeris living in Russia appealed against him. However, Zhirinovsky did not apologized.-02D-
