Kazakhstan offers Turkic countries to introduce a single tourist visa
Baku / 08.08.18 / Turan: Kazakhstan offers Turkey, Azerbaijan and Kyrgyzstan to enter the "Silk Way" visa. Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan have already come to such an agreement. This regime will make it easier for foreign tourists following the Silk Road countries. Multi-visa between Kazakhstan, Turkey, Azerbaijan and Kyrgyzstan is proposed to be introduced within the framework of the "Modern Silk Road" project. At present, the countries that are members of the Turkic Council are developing proposals on this issue. It is proposed to approve this project at the summit of the Turkic Council, which will be held in Kyrgyzstan on September 3.
We could also work out the issue of mutual recognition of visa regimes for foreign tourists following the routes approved by the Türkic Council. The introduction of such a mechanism will become an analogue of the Schengen visa, but only for tourist purposes," Kazinform agency cited the Kazakhstan Minister of Culture and Sports Arystanbek Mukhameduly. -02D-
