Pashinyan arrived in Karabakh
Baku / 02.11.18 / Turan: Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan arrived in Nagorno-Karabakh on the evening of November 1, where he will stay until Monday, Armenian media reported. The reason for the visit is not disclosed. A number of Armenian media suggest that the visit may be associated with the likelihood of an exchange of prisoners on the principle of "all for all". Earlier, the Azerbaijani side reported that a similar proposal was made to the Armenian side, but did not receive a response. There are three Armenian citizens in Azerbaijan: Arsen Baghdasaryan, Karen Ghazaryan, and Zaven Karapetyan.
Convicted Azerbaijanis Shahbaz Guliyev and Dilgam Askerov are being held in Nagorno-Karabakh. In addition, a civilian Elnur Huseynzade. It is possible that Pashinyan discusses the likelihood of such an exchange in Karabakh, writes the Lragir publication. -02D-
