Pashinyan intends to seek recognition of Karabakh's independence
Baku / 12.11.20 / Turan: International recognition of Karabakh is becoming an absolute priority, Prime Minister of Armenia Nikol Pashinyan said in his address to the people on Thursday.
In his words, the final solution of the Karabakh issue and the status of Karabakh is of fundamental importance.
"In this respect, our tasks do not change, and the international recognition of Artsakh is becoming an absolute priority. And in fact, now there are more weighty arguments for the international recognition of Artsakh," he said.
The prime minister said that in the part of Karabakh that remained under the control of Armenians, Russian peacekeepers would ensure uninterrupted communication with Armenia along the Lachin corridor, including in the Shushi region.
"The Russian peacekeepers will ensure security, and the Yerevan-Stepanakert connection will be reliable. The peacekeepers will ensure the security of the borders of Karabakh. Residents must return to their homes as soon as possible. Armenia and Artsakh will do everything possible to return to a peaceful life," Pashinyan is quoted by the Armenian media ...
Note that this statement contradicts the essence and spirit of the trilateral agreement signed by Putin, Aliyev and Pashinyan on November 10, and in fact lays a mine for its implementation. -02D-
