Rahim is charged with disorderly conduct. In particular, on November 7, 2012 Rahim together with a youth activist of PPFA, Dayanat Babayev, were detained in the center of Baku on suspicion of disorderly conduct. A few hours later they both were released, but later  a lawsuit was filed against them. Trial in the case of Babayev took place today.

Lawyer Mustafaev petitioned on unification two cases into one proceeding.

The petition will be considered on May 6. According to the investigation, in the evening on November 7, 2012, Babayev, along with another activist PPFA Rahim Musayev, were drunk, and violated public order in the center of Baku. Allegedly  they insulted Tofig Salimov citizen and caused him minor injuries.

In fact,  Salimov dressed in civilian clothes, introduced himself as a police officer, and offered to activists to follow the police station. When the young activists demanded  his  identity, he began to run away. Young people called the police who was near, but  were detained themselves.
