Not satisfied with this compromising material, Novruzov continues to drown his former boss: “For many years of Ramiz Mehdiyev’s activity, my relationship with him was rather cold. All my activities were associated with Heydar Aliyev and his faithful successor Ilham Aliyev, while Ramiz Mehdiyev did not play any role in my career and political activity, and in some cases, he even interfered with me.
