Siyavush Novruzov Kicked Out of Office
Baku / 24.08.20 / Turan: Traitors and cowards have existed always and everywhere. It's a pleasure to watch them dodge.
So the "hero" of today, the "formidable" Siyavush Novruzov with the face of a plumber, committed a political hara-kiri. The ruling New Azerbaijan Party reported that Novruzov had left the post of its deputy chairman, writing a statement "of his own free will."
But before that, society watched as he tried to save his own skin, making a loud statement that he had been fraudulently lured to the wedding by the former boss - Ramiz Mehdiyev!
On his Facebook page, he confesses that he violated the quarantine regime, was reprimanded for this, and was fined 400 manats along with his wife, Ombudswoman Sabina Aliyeva.
After Novruzov “sprinkled ashes on his head”, he went on the attack: "President of the Academy of Sciences Ramiz Mehdiyev, inviting me to the wedding, said that he had received permission from the distinguished President Ilham Aliyev, and I accepted the invitation without hesitation."
“Only a day later it became clear that Ramiz Mehdiyev had misinformed us,” Novruzov said.
Even during the wedding, Ramiz Mehdiyev said that "President Ilham Aliyev phoned this morning and congratulated the newlyweds." “As it turned out, it was not true, and we were deceived,” Novruzov writes.
Not satisfied with this compromising material, Novruzov continues to drown his former boss: “For many years of Ramiz Mehdiyev’s activity, my relationship with him was rather cold. All my activities were associated with Heydar Aliyev and his faithful successor Ilham Aliyev, while Ramiz Mehdiyev did not play any role in my career and political activity, and in some cases, he even interfered with me. "
This is what a betrayal in the spirit of the New Azerbaijan Party looks like! -0-
