Deputy Head of the Presidential Administration, Novruz Mammadov, published on Friday afternoon in his microblog on Twitter a message stating that at the Eastern Partnership Summit in Prague Ilham Aliyev answered to the speech of Serge Sargsyan.
Judging by the tweets Mamedov, Aliyev spoke in defense of Turkey, whom unjustifiably accused Sargsyan in his speech.
"Turkey’s representatives are not here, but I will answer for Turkey," Novruz Mammadov quoted Aliyev.
Judging by its publication, Aliyev criticized Sargsyan words concerning the Armenian genocide.
However, other sources, including the website of the President Ilham Aliyev, does not nothing on this issue. Therefore , it is unclear what exactly Aliyev said.
