Tbilisi to Host Meeting of Azerbaijani and Armenian Experts
Tbilisi is to host a meeting of Azerbaijani and Armenian experts to discuss the Karabakh settlement on November 3-4. The Azerbaijani side will be represented by the staff of the Centre for Strategic Studies (CSS) under the President, Heydar Mirza, Fuad Chiragov and Ariz Huseynov. The Armenian side will be represented by the Analytical Center on Globalization and Regional Cooperation, which initiated the meeting.
The purpose of the debate is discussion of the current state of the Karabakh conflict and possible progress towards a peaceful settlement. It is also expected to discuss possible scenarios for post-conflict development in the region, according to the press service of the CSS.

During the ongoing COP29 climate conference in Baku on November 14, a group of activists staged a protest condemning Russia's aggression against Ukraine. The activists also denounced countries that supply oil and weapons to nations waging aggressive wars. The protest featured placards with slogans such as: "From fossil fuels to peace!", "End war crimes!", "Punish the aggressor!", and "Phase out fossil fuel use to achieve peace!" among others.
