Term of arrest of advisor of Musavat chairman extended
The District Court of Lankaran extended for a month (until October 23) the term of arrest of the advisor of the leader of the party Musavat, Yadigar Sadygov.
According to the lawyer Nemat Karimli, who talked to Turan, the court was without his participation, which means violation of the rights of his client. He also said the court's decision was unreasonable.
Recall that Yadigar Sadygov was arrested June 27 on charges of disorderly conduct on the complaint of a resident of Lankaran Rashid Karimov.
The opposition activist says the charges laid against him are frivolous and is convinced that he was arrested for his political activities. -16D-
