The Mayor�s Office permits the Musavat partyy to hold a congress, but the Palace of celebrations refuses
Baku /07.10.19 / Turan: The question of the venue of the congress of the Musavat party, scheduled for October 12, remains open. Although the Executive Power did not object to the venue proposed by the party, the owner of the premises, despite prior consent, then changed his mind.
The head of Musavat Party, Arif Hajili, told Turan that the party"s leadership proposed several places for the congress to the Baku Executive Power. The leaders of these premises have previously agreed to the event.
The city administration said it did not mind holding a congress at the Billur Palace of Celebrations in the 7th microdistrict. "And now the leadership of the Billur Palace declares that it cannot provide a hall, since that day they have another event planned. Therefore, the issue of holding the congress remains open, "said Hajili.
According to him, the party leadership is busy looking for new places to hold the congress. Preparation for the congress continues and conferences have already been held in 60 districts. The organizing committee for the preparation of the congress is actively working, candidates for the post of chairman are propaganda.
In addition to Hajili, candidates for the post of party leader are a member of the board - Tofig Yagublu and Yadigar Sadigli. -03B06-
