The Ministry of Taxes again does not submit to the court a document on the lifting of sanctions from Turan agency
Baku / 05.12.17 / Turan: On Tuesday, the trial on the suit of the Turan agency against the Department of Local Taxes of the Ministry of Taxes to be considered in the Baku Administrative Economic Court N1 was again postponed.
The reason is that the representative of the Ministry of Taxes did not present a decision on the removal of the tax sanctions from the agency for AZN 38,000. Judge Sharafat Mamedova adjourned the meeting on December 19.
The lawsuit of the agency disputes the legality of the August decision to charge Turan taxes along with sanctions for 38,000 manats. This decision served as the basis for the initiation of a criminal case against Turan and the arrest of director Mehman Aliyev.
He was released from custody on 11 September.
In late October, the criminal case was dismissed and tax sanctions were annulled.
However, until now, the Ministries did not submit to the agency either a decree on the termination of the criminal case, nor a decision to annul the sanctions. -06D-
