Trial in the case of two Armenian soldiers
Baku/17.12.21/Turan: On Friday, a preparatory hearing began on the case of two Armenian military men Ishkhan Sargsyan and Vladimir Rafaelyan, who are accused of terrorism.
The case is being considered by the Ganja Serious Crimes Court in the building of the Sabunchu District Court of Baku.
Both defendants are citizens of Armenia. They were charged under Art. 214.2.3 (terrorism committed with the use of weapons) of the Criminal Code of Azerbaijan.
