Turkmenistan for Trans-Caspian Gas Pipeline - Berdimuhamedov
Transnational power lines are a real opportunity for international cooperation, as a stabilizing factor that can strengthen the whole system of political and economic ties. This was stated by the President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov at a government meeting in Ashgabat.
As stated in the official report, the project to build a trans-Caspian gas pipeline to Azerbaijan and then to Turkey to send Turkmen gas to Europe is a priority and is actively worked out with partners. -02D-

On the evening of February 5, it was reported that journalist Shahnaz Beylargizi had been arrested. She had been a presenter on the Toplum TV channel for several years. After a criminal case was initiated against the channel in March 2024 and nearly all of its staff were arrested, Beylargizi was questioned multiple times.
