Baku/27.05.22/Turan: Over the past 24 hours, 11 new cases of coronavirus infection have been detected in Azerbaijan, 9 people have recovered, no deaths have been recorded, the Operational Headquarters under the Cabinet of Ministers of Azerbaijan said on May 27.
In total, since the beginning of the pandemic, 792,746 cases of COVID-19 infection have been detected in Azerbaijan, including 782,987 people who have recovered, 9,712 have died, and the number of active patients is 47.
Over the past day, 2,163 tests have been carried out to detect new cases of coronavirus infection. --06B--

As part of the struggle against illegal migration in Baku city, operative actions were carried out at different addresses. The Interior Ministry reports that employees of the Department for Combating Illegal Migration identified and detained 34 foreigners without documents giving the right to reside and stay on the territory of Azerbaijan.
