2,300 new COVID-19 cases per day
Baku/27.10.21/Turan: Over the past day, 2,300 new cases of coronavirus infection have been registered in Azerbaijan, 1,248 patients have recovered, 27 have died, the Operational Headquarters under the Cabinet of Ministers said on Wednesday.
In total, 522,368 cases of COVID-19 infection were identified in the country, including 487,674 recovered, 6,966 died, treatment of 27,728 active patients continues. Over the past day, 13,175 coronavirus tests have been carried out. Also, over the past day, 44,716 people have been vaccinated against COVID-19.
During the day, the number of people vaccinated with the first dose was 32 320, with the second - 12 396 people.
The total number of vaccinations in Azerbaijan today is 9 469 618, of which 5 119 077 received the first dose of the vaccine, 4 350 54 people received two doses.-0-
