A man killed in an explosion at a factory in Balaken
An explosion took place today city of Balaken (440 km north-west from Baku) at the "Azeri Senai"; one person died, and two injured. According to the Emergencies Ministry, the explosion occurred around 10:30 on January 4 in the boiler plant. The explosion did not cause a fire. At the scene the experts of the Ministry of Emergency Situations and other relevant government agencies are conducting investigation. -06D--
