Activities of Media Limited in Area of Operations against Religious Extremism
The law on combating religious extremism signed by the President on December 5 defines the procedure for informing the public about the course of a special operation against radicals.
Thus, the work of journalists in the area of special operations is determined by the body conducting them.
Information about the special operation is provided to the public in the form and amount determined by the body conducting it.
Not allowed is the dissemination of information on the following:
• Tactics and technical means of the operation against religious extremism;
• Information that threatens the lives and health of people in the area of the special operation and prevents its implementation;
• Data justifying religious extremism and contributing to its promotion;
• Information on the persons conducting the special operation or helping it;
