Another Entity Leaves Accord Corporation
In November, the company Accopen was founded. It is part of the Industrial-Construction Investment Corporation Accord.
Over the past two years, as part of the transformation into a holding company, it formed 15 new companies working in construction, manufacturing and transport. Ltd. Accopen is engaged in the production of plastic doors and windows.
Accord Corporation has been operating since 2005 and brings together companies in the production of building materials, construction and real estate management.
According to the latest financial report, 51% of the shares of the corporation are owned by Ltd. VIP Estate, and 49% - by Darya Valiyev. Kamil Huseynov has been Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Accord Corporation since 2015. ----08D
