On May 7, the meeting between the imprisoned journalist Afgan Mukhtarly and his friends in the Shuvalan pretrial detention center was not allowed. This was reported by a member of the NIDA movement Samir Assadli.
"We gave him what he asked for, as well as food," Assadli said. According to him, at the end of this week Afgan Mukhtarly will be sent to prison. It is assumed that he will be sent to either Prison No. 14 or Prison No. 17.
Afgan Mukhtarly was sent from the Penitentiary Center in Sheki to the Shuvalan pretrial detention center. -0-
