Airbus-a321 of British Airways Makes Emergency Landing in Baku
On April 10 a plane Airbus-321 of the British Airways, flight en route Baku-London, made an emergency landing in the capital's airport 25 minutes after the takeoff.
As the assistant to the President of JSC AZAL Maharram Safarli said, the plane took off at 21.19 and 11 minutes later the commander told the dispatcher service of the Baku airport that one of the two engines caught fire and requested an emergency landing.
In this regard, all the emergency services of the airport were alerted to receive the aircraft. At 21:46 the plane successfully landed and no one of the 92 passengers and crew members aboard was injured. The causes of the fire are being investigated. -06D-
