Azerbaijan extradited to the Russian Federation a participant in the beating of passers-byes in St. Petersburg
Azerbaijan has extradited Tural Mammadov, the alleged organizer of a gang of teenagers who beat passers-byes in St. Petersburg, to Russia. He is accused of hooliganism with the use of violence by a group of persons and of inciting hostility on a national basis, the Telegram channel of the Prosecutor General's Office of the Russian Federation reported.
According to investigators, on October 15, 2023, Tural Mammadov, together with his accomplices, called for the use of violence against passers-byes and beat them. The attackers filmed what was happening on video, which they subsequently posted on social networks. In addition, the accused, together with his accomplices, beat two young people on the street of St. Petersburg in June 2023.
Tural Mammadov was detained in Azerbaijan at the request of Russia on November 2. On October 28, he was put on the international wanted list in Russia and arrested in absentia. In addition to Tural Mammadov, 11 other people, including natives of Azerbaijan, Tajikistan and Dagestan, were detained in the case of hooliganism and incitement of hatred and enmity, the newspaper "Kommersant" reported.

Bu nə dövlətdir ki, öz gənc vətəndaşını cəzalandırmaq və işgəncə vermək üçün Qarabağda başımıza oyun açmış dövlətə verir. Ermənistan və Gürcüstan verməzdilər. Ar olsun!
