The State Committee for Refugees informed about the two detainees and one Azerbaijani killed in Kelbajar. The press release states that from photos received by the International Committee of the Red Cross, it was revealed that the man that Armenians killed is Hasan Hasanov.
Family members of the deceased identified him in these photos.
The ICRC also held talks on the transfer of the body, but they were told about the need to provide additional identification materials.
