The State Committee for Refugees informed about the two detainees and one Azerbaijani killed in Kelbajar. The press release states that from photos received by the International Committee of the Red Cross, it was revealed that the man that Armenians killed is Hasan Hasanov.
Family members of the deceased identified him in these photos.
The ICRC also held talks on the transfer of the body, but they were told about the need to provide additional identification materials.
The State Committee for Refugees also reports that questions about the return of Dilgam Asgarov and Shahbaz Guliyev taken hostage by Armenians, and transfer a dead body are under the control of President Ilham Aliyev.-16D06-

Last night, three earthquakes occurred along the Armenia-Azerbaijan border with magnitudes of 4.8, 3.0, and 3.8, according to the Republican Center for Seismological Service of the National Academy of Sciences of Azerbaijan. The Ministry of Emergency Situations reported no information about any destruction or casualties as a result of the earthquakes.
