Baku/29.11.23/Turan: On Wednesday, at 19:49 local time, an earthquake of magnitude 4.5 was recorded in the city of Mingachevir (300 km west of Baku), the Azerbaijani Ministry of Emergency Situations reported.
Tremors of up to 3-4 magnitude were also felt in Ganja, Yevlakh, and Goranboy. The Ministry of Emergency Situations did not receive information about casualties or damage.—06D-
