Baku/15.04.22/Turan: Those involved in the illegal interference in the electronic sale of apartments of the State Housing Construction Agency of Azerbaijan have been brought to justice, a joint statement of the State Security Service and the State Housing Agency (MIDA) said.
Thus, the interference took place on March 30 during the preferential sale of 442 apartments in Yasamal residential complex. The interference took place through the use of special software.
The State Security Service conducted an investigation and opened a criminal case which found that the citizens of Azerbaijan: Elchin Mammadov, Ruslan Hajiyev, Firudin Huseynov, Yunis Latifzadeh, Tarlan Abdullayev and Javid Mammadov, in collusion with others, gained access to the "Preferential housing" system. They developed special software for acquiring housing instead of those who paid for apartments.
