FC Qarabag is one step away from the Europa League playoffs

Baku/01.12.23/Turan: FC “Garabagh” in the match of the fifth round of the group stage of the Europa League played away in a draw with the Norwegian “Molde” - 2:2.

In the 12th minute, Qarabag striker Juninho opened the scoring.
The Norwegians managed to equalize the score in the 82nd minute – Eriksen scored a goal.
He put Molde ahead in the 87th minute.
However, “Qarabag” managed to avoid defeat.
In the fifth minute of added time, Bahlul Mustafazadeh equalized the score.
The draw kept the teams tied on points - 7 each. But thanks to the victory in the first game over Molde in Baku, Qarabag remained in second place.
Now in the last round in two weeks Molde will play in Leverkusen with Bayer, which has already secured first place.
And “Karabakh” will host the group’s outsider, the Swedish "Häcken"in Baku.
Of course, to unconditionally ensure access to the playoffs, Qarabag must win. However, with other outcomes of the match, depending on the result of the game between Molde and Bayer, Karabakh will have a chance of reaching the playoffs.—06B-
