Baku / 06.08.17 / Turan: At least 25 people were injured as a result of a fire in a dormitory of the Eighth Residential Area of Sumgait on Saturday evening.
They were poisoned with carbon monoxide and were taken to the city hospital, local media reported.
In turn, the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Azerbaijan reported on its website that the fire occurred in a five-story building and was extinguished at 21.37.
"During the fire fighting, the tenants of the building were evacuated to a safe place. More information will be provided later," the Ministry said.

A fire has erupted at the Experimental and Testing Production of the Scientific Research Institute of SOCAR (the state oil company) in the Surakhani district of Baku, the Ministry of Emergency Situations reported.
