German police released Alovsat Aliyev on bail
Baku / 13.02.20 / Turan: German police released Alovsat Aliyev, head of the Leqat integration center, who was arrested in November last year on charges of involvement in illegal migration, from custody during the investigation, said the son of Aliyev, Turkel Rustamhanli.
According to him, the investigation is ongoing in relation to all persons involved in this case.
“The father was released on bail for the period of the investigation. We do not claim, like some others, that he is acquitted,” Rustamhanli said.
On November 13, 2019, German police arrested a group of Azerbaijanis on suspicion of organizing illegal migration from Azerbaijan.
