In connection with the incident at the water park Nabran Holiday Village three people arrested
Due to the accident with a young child in the recreation center Nabran Holiday Village (200 km from Baku) on July 21, criminal charges have been brought against three people.
In particular, arrested was the director of CTF and Nabran Holiday Village Rashad Zarbaliev, the tenant of the recreation center Firdovsi Ismailov, and Aslan Hagimamedkerimov, a worker of the pool where the incident occurred.
They were charged under Article 314.2 of the Criminal Code (negligence) and the decision of Khachmaz district court was to arrest them.
The investigation of the case is under Investigation Department of the General Prosecutor for Serious Crimes, which promises to reveal other perpetrators and bring them to justice, according to the press service of the Prosecutor General's Office.
It was found that Imran Jafarzadeh and his father were in the pool when a technical device (pump) was switched on. Because of the lack of a protective grid, the child's feet were sucked into the pipe. As a result, the child was seriously injured (he lost one foot and had the other seriously injured).
On the fact, Khachmaz District Prosecutor's Office opened a criminal case under Art. 162.1 (violation of safety rules) and Art. 314.2 (negligence).
Information about the tragedy of the child literally exploded over social networks and the fate of the baby was attended by the country's leadership. Funds have been allocated for his treatment in Germany. At present, the child has undergone surgery at a clinic in Germany.
The owner of the firm CTF and the Recreation Center Nabran Holiday Village is a former MP, businessman from Sumgait Nizami Iskenderov. -06D-

Baku, often called the "Caucasian Dubai," is increasingly known for systematic violations of residents' housing rights. During urban renovations and the construction of elegant new buildings, thousands of families in Azerbaijan’s capital have been unlawfully deprived of their homes. Many, recognizing the futility of resistance, settle for inadequate monetary compensation for their irreplaceable property. A minority, placing faith in the Housing Code, demand fair compensation from construction companies but often lose everything—both their homes and any form of recompense.
