Lawsuit in the case of employees of "Capital Bank" is sent to court
The Office for Combating Corruption under the General Prosecutor's Office completed the investigation in the case of employees of the Dashkesan branch of the "Kapital Bank". The case has been sent to Ganja Serious Crime Court.
According to the press service of the Prosecutor General's Office, former director of the regional branch of the Dashkesen "Kapital Bank", Rovshan Rahimov, who is charged with embezzlement from individuals to the amount of 61,700 manat was brought to trial. He was charged under Articles 178.2.3, 178.2.4 (fraud, abuse of his power and causing significant damage,) 179.3.2 (large-scale embezzlement), and 313 (forgery.)
In addition, experts of the credit, the economic department of the Dashkesan branch of the bank, Besti Mustafayeva, Emil Isayev and Seymour Mamedov are charged under section 308.1 (abuse of power.)
