Most of All, Citizens Complain about Construction Companies
The largest number of complaints from citizens to the presidential administration regards construction companies. Complaints are related to the poor quality of the housing, cheating customers, delays in the provision of utilities and issuing acts of ownership. This is stated in the article by the head of the department on work with citizens in the President’s Administration Suleyman Ismayilov, published in the official media.
Among the violators the following companies are called: Kristal Abşeron, Kristal-L, Fortis-Bayıl, Ilin Dörd Fəsli, Belıy Lebed, Şərur, Deluxe, Orbita, Badu-Kubə, Birlik, Xəmsə, Hasil, ARAZ-2011A, İnkişaf-S, Rahatlığın Məkanı-Gold, Ulduz-S, Murad MS, FVS İnşaat, BAKİNKOM, Yusifoğlu, AAAF İnşaat, Evrostroy Group, Akkord, Rahat, Orbit, Nur, Yüksəliş C, Olimp, İ.NV, Neftçi , Pərvin İnşaat, Azərros iK, Xəzər İnşaat-XXI, Mur Ay, RT-LTD, Ələsgəroğlu-K, Svit Haus and others.
In relation to a number of companies there is a prosecution and the citizens require offsetting the damage in whole or in part, said Ismailov.
For example, in 2016 the head of MTK Real Ilham Gasimov was sentenced to 15 years in prison, and the head of LMC 198 Saylı and 200 Etibar Farzaliyev - to 14 years.
With respect to directors and officers of other companies: Əli bəy, Əzizbəy-KM, AENT-E, Fateh-N, Badu-Kubə, Şahbulaq, Term, İDEAL-İ İnşaat, Mehriban Qonşular, Xətai-2, Ulduz-S, Azərtikinti ATF, Dərəçiçək, Fuad LTD, and Birlik İnşaat were prosecuted.
