Mountaineering Federation participates in the exhibition Sport Expo 2012
On November 28-30, for the first time in Azerbaijan an exhibition "SportExpo 2012 in international sports, sports equipment and uniform" will be opened. The exhibition, which will be held in the Expo Center, will be also attended by the Mountaineering Federation of Azerbaijan.
The main place on the Federation’s stand is occupied by the Azerbaijani flag hoisted between the highest point in the world, Mount Everest (8,848 m), and the South Pole.
The exhibitors will be acquainted with the achievements of Azerbaijani climbers over the past two years.
One of the first sports federations in Azerbaijan, the Mountaineering Federation of Azerbaijan will mark its 50th anniversary in the coming year.
The visitors will be able to meet with the strongest climbers in Azerbaijan, as well as familiarize themselves with mountain expeditions. -05D-
