The world-famous company Microsoft has not had a store in Europe. Now it has begun negotiations with major property owners of the old continent to host their stores here. The company plans to open several stationary points of sales over the next year. The first stores will be launched in the UK.
Unlike Apple, Microsoft is implementing in its branded stores overseas cell phones of other companies, for example, Nokia. At the same time, in the stores you can buy all the software products Microsoft - from computer games to office software.
In Europe, the brainchild of the Gates applies strategy used by Apple (the implementation of not only software, but smart phones and other equipment). By the way, Apple owns nearly 400 stores in 14 countries.
Currently, Microsoft shops work in Canada and the United States. In addition, the company has retail outlets in Puerto Rico and South America.
