Nakhchivani opposition member is not allowed to go to Iran
The employees of the Julfa border point did not allow a Chairman of Nakhchivan branch of PPFA, Yashar Bagirsoy, to leave for Iran.
According to Yashar Bagirsoy, when he presented at the checkpoint his passport, he was told without explanation, that it will not go to Iran, and his passport was seized.
After Bagirsoy threatened to inform media about the illegal actions of border guard servants, they returned his passport, but was not allowed to leave for Iran. Bagirsoy could not get a reasonable explanation from the border guards.
Yashar Bagirsoy intends to appeal to the prosecutor of Nakhchivan. -05B04-
