Newspapers given to political prisoners are subjected to censorship
The problems with censorship the press given to political prisoners in jail N13 have not been solved, said relatives of the head of the Election Monitoring and Democracy Studies center (EMDSC) Anar Mammadli who is in jail.
According to them, Mammadli said that some articles are cut out form the newspapers, and only then are given to political prisoners. In protest, the prisoners for two weeks refused to read newspapers.
Furthermore, electricity, gas and water are supplied intermittently. The administration explains it by "saving".
