Baku/08.11.23/Turan: On Thursday, November 9, partly cloudy weather is expected in Baku and the Absheron Peninsula, and it will be cloudy in places. In the morning, short-term rains are possible in the vicinity of the capital, with a strong south wind blowing at times. The air temperature at night will be +13 +17°, during the day +18 +23°, reports the National Hydrometeorological Service.
The regions of Azerbaijan will experience mostly no precipitation. Fog is forecast in some areas at night and in the morning, with an increasing moderate westerly wind in some places.
