PFPA activist continues hunger strike
An activist of the Popular Front Party (APFP, Fuzuli Huseynov continues hunger strike in the detention center of Binagadi district, according to the representative of the PFPA Ramiz Kamal. The lawyer was not allowed to meet with Huseynov. "The police said that Huseynov continues a hunger strike, and only relatives can meet with him," said Kamal. On February 5, and today they did not accept food from the lawyer for the prisoner, saying that he refuses to eat.
A day earlier, in the prison a PFPA deputy chairman Nureddin Mammadli visited him, and also was not allowed to meet with Huseynov. Mammadli believes that Huseynov is force-fed.
The opposition leader was arrested by Absheron court on January 27 for 30 days on charges of not subordinating police. On the same day, he began a hunger strike against unjust arrest. According to colleagues, opposition leader was arrested for activity in social networks. -05B-

An activist of the Popular Front Party of Azerbaijan (PFPA) Fuzuli Huseynov on went on a hunger strike in the detention center in Binagadi area, according to Nureddin Mammadli, the deputy chairman of the PFPA. Fuzuli Huseynov, a member of the Khatai district branch of PFPA was arrested for 30 days of administrative arrest on charges of not subordinating police. It is assumed that he was arrested because of activity in social networks. According to Mammadli, the insulator guide invited Mammadli so that he made Huseynli to stop the hunger strike. However, when Mammadli arrived at the detention center the Assistant Chief said that there is no need any more. Mammadli was told nothing about the time when Huseynov started a hunger strike, and the reasons for the action.
They do not accept food brought for Huseynov by relatives, saying that he is on a hunger strike.
"I was told that doctors have been invited to the detention center, and there is no reason to worry," said Mammadli. In his view, they are forcing Huseynov to eat. Mammadli believes that Huseynov started a hunger strike protesting the illegal arrest. -03B-
