Baku / 08.05.18 / Turan: On May 7 Orkhan Bakhyshly, a member of the Supreme Mejlis (Council) of the Youth Committee of the Popular Front Party of Azerbaijan (PFPA), was detained in the public garden of the National Academy of Sciences by plain-clothed people.
Currently, he is being held in the Yasamal district police department, PFPA told Turan.
In turn, Turan was told in the Yasamal police that the young man is being investigated under Article 234 (drug trafficking).
It should be reminded that Bakhyshly was detained on the eve of the opposition rally on March 31 and sentenced to 30 days of administrative arrest. --03B06--
