Baku / 08.05.18 / Turan: On May 7, President Ilham Aliyev signed an order on the establishment of the Organizing Committee in connection with the holding of the final game of the UEFA European League in Baku in 2019.
According to the decree, the committee headed by First Deputy Prime Minister Yagub Eyyubov includes 23 members.
The implementation of all the organizational work in connection with the final European League game, as well as coordination with UEFA, is entrusted to the Association of the Football Federations of Azerbaijan (AFFA), which has to prepare an action plan and submit it to the Committee.
In 2019 the final game of UEFA European League will be held at the Olympic Stadium in Baku. The Executive Committee of UEFA decided on this on September 20, 2017. -0-
