Baku / 08.30.19 / Turan: An activist of the Popular Front Party Nijat Abdullazadeh announced open threats from the head of the Group of National Fidaines on Facebook Fuad Muradov.
According to Abdullazadeh, the threats came after the activist responded to Muradov"s insulting post to Seimur Hazi, the journalist of the Azadlig newspaper who was released from prison on August 29.
"My answer was general. After that, they found my phone number and call from an open number, threatening to attack my house," Abdullazadeh said.
He believes that such groups act by order of the authorities to pressure politically active citizens.
In connection with the threats on August 30, Abdullazadeh intends to apply with a statement of his place of residence to the 4th branch of the Binagadi district police department of Baku.
In addition, he will send an official appeal to the Ministry of Internal Affairs. -06D--
