Record Heat of +43 Degrees Celsius Registered in Baku
Baku / 10.08.17 / Turan: According to the report of the weather forecasters of the Ministry of Ecology, on August 9, a record heat of +43 degrees Celsius was recorded in Baku. In Apsheron the temperature was +41 degrees.
The previous record was fixed on August 2, 2015, which was +41 degrees.
The regions of the country also recorded a heat of +40 degrees, and in several areas it was +43.
According to doctors, in the last days 93 people applied to the First Aid Service, complaining of a heat stroke or a sunstroke. 41 people were hospitalized. -05D-
