The Ministry of Taxes has published a list of debtors who are banned from leaving Azerbaijan. For 23 August, because of the tax debt managers of 400 enterprises was imposed a ban on leaving the country. Among them are also nine foreign nationals. At the same time, 308 individuals were limited the right to travel from Azerbaijan, including four foreigners. It does not stipulate the amount of tax debt. -06D—

On July 30, the special representatives of the Armenia-Turkey Normalization Process (Ambassador Serdar Kılıç and Deputy Speaker of the Armenian Parliament Ruben Rubinyan) held their fifth meeting at the Alican-Margara border gate located on the common border of the two countries.
