A villager of Garachal, a member of the party "Classic Popular Front” (CPFPA) Aydin Khalilov was brutally killed in Salyan region at about 14:00 today. Black «Prado» car came up to Khalilov’s house and called Khalilov to the car. The car drove 500 meters, and Khalilov’s bloodied body fell out of car, and for some time had been dragged on the asphalt, and then it was several times hit by the car, the number of which was covered with mud.
Witnesses reported that while the car was driving away from the house of Khalilov, it was seen how the car was rocking from side to side.
There were stab wounds on Khalilov’s body, Turan was told by the head of Salyan CPFPA, Adalat Usubov.
A 50-year-old Khalilov was physically healthy and strong man, two meters height , and his weight was 130 km. In recent years, he was not involved in politics, and was engaging in farming.
The CPFPA is not inclined to see political motives of the crime ,and noted that Khalilov did not have conflict with the authorities. -06В-
