The case of the head of the construction company, deceiving citizens, is sent to court
The case of Gasim Mammadov, the head of the construction company "Fuad LTD", accused of defrauding citizens, has been sent to Baku Serious Crimes Court.
According to investigators, in 2005-2009 he misappropriated from 186 citizens 1,846,000 manat, promising them an apartment in a new building, erected in Khirdalan .
He was also charged with tax evasion by one million 75 thousand manat.
Mammadov is charged under the Articles 178.3.2 ( large-scale fraud), 213.2.2 (large-scale tax evasion), and 308.2 ( abuse of power) .
According to the press service of the Prosecutor General's Office , the investigation provided reimbursement of funds.
With respect to the chief accountant of "Fuad LTD", Ramin Ibrahimov, the case was separated .
The investigation was conducted by the Office for Combating Corruption under the General Prosecutor office. -05D-
