The census of the population of Azerbaijan will be held in October
Baku/22.02.19/Turan: The next census of the population of Azerbaijan will be held from October 1 to 10 of this year, Tahir Budagov, Chairman of the State Statistics Committee, told reporters.
The census results will be announced at the end of the first half of 2022, the Chairman of the State Committee noted.
"Processing of questionnaires is a rather long process, all stages of this process are reflected in the plan approved by the Cabinet of Ministers," he said at the presentation of the project "Support by the State Committee for Statistics to European Standards."
Note that according to the latest State Statistical Committee, the population of Azerbaijan is approaching 10 million people.
