The court does not release the debtor’s bank
On Friday, Baku Appeal Court upheld the decision of Narimanov district court about the arrest of the debtor bank Mubariz Bayramov for 5 days. According to Turan's lawyer Akram Hasanov, he intends to file a complaint with the European Court of Human Rights. The Narimanov Court ruled on 24 August due to the fact that the refusal to pay the debt on the loan had no objective reasons. However, the lawyer noted that Bayramov is unemployed, and has no income. Bayramov took 3000 manat credit in "Unibank", but was unable to repay it on time. -0-
